I recently finished the comprehensive teacher training program with Sunset Pilates. Alyson teaches her students how to teach Pilates both safely and effectively. I had about an hour commute. She was very flexible with me. It is a great program and a great opportunity.
Sunset Pilates not only was warm and welcoming, the instructors were well trained. A few of the instructors are 2nd Generation Master Instructors. They were experienced, nice and were wonderful to work with. Highly recomend.
