We stayed in Heaven Sent this past July. This place was absolutely disgusting, outdated, and in desperate need of repairs. We had mice in our house! Called the office and they sent an exterminator who set traps and caught 2 mice by the next day! We had mouse droppings everywhere, including our beds nightly! The house was so dirty when we arrived. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great choice of homes. I have already booked for 2020. I highly recommend Sun Realty. When we are ready to buy our home on the Outer Banks, we will be calling a broker with Sun. Soon, very soon.

While staying at OBX was a great relaxing vacation, having to deal with this company was sub par. The house was decent but for the money spent things need addressed. Do not stay with Sun Realty! We stayed there and our house was in bad upkeep. Worst of all was the front door, which did not work properly, with the door frame hanging off the wall. It was hard to open, the door handle kept coming off, and we couldn't lock it.
