I personally love Summer Station. I find it to be very quiet and I have had no problems with anyone. The staff is super nice and the place is lit up like Fort Knox. I think some of the tenants could be more attentive as far as keeping the area clean.

Pools dirty every time I went there. They mess with the water bill. I pay more water now than I did living in a townhouse. The stairways are falling apart.
They are so very sweet and nice until that lease is signed then it's over

Me and my husband leave at summer station for 4 years now. We like it hire but need a sercuity gaurd hire all the time or neighborhood watch . because what goes on hire at summer station like break in people car and stolen motepad and people pee on people door someone pee on our neighbors door that is not right and drugs being sold hire .they are not doing nothing about it .

I love it here at Summer Station! My apartment is beautiful and the apartment community is perfect for my children and I! I would like to give a big thank you to each and every person in the leasing office, all of you have been nothing but extremely courteous and helpful to me!

This is the worst place you could possibly live!!! We lived here for 6 mths and got out as soon as our lease was up. We dealt with harassing neighbors, my husband had his motorcycle stolen in broad daylight from the parking lot, and the walls and floors are paper thin!!! Not to mention when you move out they charge you for every little thing no matter if it's your fault or not your getting...
