his place has really gone down hill since Mr. Hines had to leave. My wife took her vehicle in to have to sensors replaced. She had taken it to the dealership and the dealer quoted her $275 for the work. She took it to suffolk alignment in hopes of getting a better price. Instead of getting a better price, Suffolk Alignment did the work without providing her a quote or getting her approval. They charged her $470 for the work, or a 188% markup over a Nissan dealership. The current operator was rude when I discussed this with him and told me that they mark up all of their parts by 85% over the manufacturer suggested retail price and that they usually get the part for about 1/2 of the msrp. We had been taking all of our vehicles here and had many years of good service with Mr. Hines at the helm of Suffolk Alignment. This new operator is a crook and we will never do business with them again.
Went there for an alignment with the car pulling slightly to the left - I had the rear struts replaced and was advised it would probably need aligned. When the car was given back to me the right front brake was dragging - I didn't make it 2 miles and had to turn back. When I got back less than 10 minutes later the caliper was complete seized up. I had an appointment for 8:45 & I was there for the appointment but they had some trouble that they couldn't help with a car so I was a little late having my work done but at the end they gave me a discount.
