My husband was pleased with their service. The stylist actually listened to his requests of specific style and wasn't bothered. Price is reasonable but their shampoo pricing is not included....

Ester at Sue's Hair Factory is great. She highlighted my hair and cut it exactly the way I asked. Super nice too!
