Everytime a co-worker and I would come to this Subway for lunch we would get sick to our stomachs. Then we found out the place was shut down by health inspectors for ROACHES. No wonder, nasty and the food taste out dated. Won't be returning, I don't care if they did remodel and add a fireplace. Same staff, same manager,...

FANTASTIC. I greatly enjoyed my visit to VA BBQ in Newport News. When I walked in I was warmly greeted and informed in detail of the different options and forms of BBQ. The space looks nice, clean, and open. The food was fantastic and full of flavor. They have gained a new repeat customer.
