My family and I were so excited to get a subway on this base!! Unfortunately the staff are rude and lazy. There also seems a language barrier. It makes me very sad. I have tried going to this establishment a couple times but feel disappointed each time. Please have the manager come and have their staff redo a customer service skills training program.
