I did not know in advance that the maid service was 1 or 2 days a week. The dresser drawers fell into each other when I went to pull the top drawer out. It took two days before it was usable because the person at the front desk on the day I arrived did not put the request in for maintenance to check it out. Checking in was a task...Gentleman was very helpful, however I was called the next morning to see if I was checking out. Something went wrong with the expedia reservation. The issue was resolved finally.

Best part of this hotel is checking out! Roaches, comforters torn, dirty, water stains, no working lights in the back parking lot, cracked glass doors in back, bad internet, etc. Please just go to another hotel where you don't have to sanitize the whole room to feel some what comfortable.

I have been staying in this dump for a few months due to doctors I'm seeing for illness and these people have the nerve to refer this dump to as hotel I've paid over five grand in payment ,I have a handicap little girl that on three separt times was screemed at and hurt her feeling by head house house...
