I have always LOVED Danielle - and will not use anyone else. She uses Dermalogica and she attends trainings on their products. She is really fabulous. I have asked about buying additional dermalogica products and she has said "you dont need those" - so she's not into "upselling" which makes the experience even more pleasant.

Today, I called Studio d'Esthetique inquiring if I could have an extension on a $165 gift certificate bought by my husband. It had recently expired within the past few days. The owner (Danielle) denied my request and was completely rude and nasty. She literally hung up the phone on me!!! I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have been going there for several years...

From head to toe. They have provided some of the best services I have had. It's like being in a mini vacation there. Great service and atmosphere.
