Went to Rapids and to tired to drive home. Nice Hotel. Area was not that great. I had to request a different room, The room I was in the door would not lock because a recent guest kicked the door in and bent the frame.

The staff, especially the manager are extremely rude and disrespectful. I was staying there with my mother and got accused by the general manager, of basically being prostitutes. Hotel is a great value for the rates requested. Right next to airport and access to turnpike and I-95. Does smell musty, so make sure you have some Febreeze and air fresheners. Room was clean-love the hardwood floors. Bring slippers or a rug if you walk barefoot. All cooking supplies were available-just bring dishwashing detergent. Nice and quiet at night-well lit area.

When we got there. they didn't have any rooms available, and I had booked for 1 week stay in advance. I was very upset! at the end the receptionist gave us a room that someone left not happy with the room. and I took it since I had driving all the way from Orlando...& there were no hotels available. the receptionist was very helpful. but I wasn't happy at all!!

I stayed here while on business in West Palm Beach. I spent 78 dollars a night and I could of booked a three star hotel down the street for the same price, shame on me, anyway this was a dirty hotel, apparently some people live here was we were seeing kids staying with bikes and people taking loads of grocery's...
