Unique~Charming Event Space! Perfect!

When my small business finally hit the big time I rented out Studio 418 as an event space to hold my first ""Client Gathering"" and I'm so glad I did!

All my guest were blown away at this unique space with it's history, charm and Euopean flair! The spot's owner Maguire Neblett is also a photographer and photographed the party! Talk about a double WOW factor. The pictures were great and a huge hit with my VIP's!

I highly recommend this space and place and person for all of your event needs!

We are elderly and had our friends to a lovely dinner and concert here - gracious Italian style, opening to a patio garden with fountain; On site parking. Maguire provided the whole evening event, including the musicians.

I stayed in this historic renovated apartment for two weeks. It is exquisite! Down pillows and 600 thread count sheets. Two fireplaces, full kitchen, and huge bathroom. It has an art gallery downstairs that the owner rents out for private functions. If you are looking for a private downtown location, this is the place!
