Love this Karate studio. The owners are wonderful with the kids and they have created a family atmosphere. Good people!

Great instructors who focus on teaching the concepts needed to advance in rank, but also make learning and training fun. Bill and Lisa truly care about each student and their families.

Strikeback Dynamic Defense Systems teaches a mix of martial arts such as Tai-Chi, Jui-Jitsu, Aikido and Kempo. Strikeback also provides self-defense training, cardio kickboxing and sports fighting. Classes are offered to groups or through private one-on-one sessions to youths, teens and adults.
