Gary at Street Styles is a good painter and does decent work (not great work, only decent). However, he lies about deadlines and takes far longer than he says the job will take. He also is constantly complaining about his money problems while asking for more payment from the customers. He will sell leather work, tires and rims and others items from vendors but will never give up the information...
