I think the key to most businesses is the staff. Usually for me if the staff is rude and lacking in knowledge it usually goes downhill from there. Storage King USA has the best staff in town! They are very cordial and know their facility and its operation very well no matter who's working that day! Also the building is extremely clean and attractive. Better than the others i looked at it in the area. The whole castle look really makes it look protected and safe not to mention the cameras. Lastly you will always get a good deal. I was rather impressed that out of all the facilities in Newark this was by far the cleanest and i felt very safe. The staff was extremely helpful with everything i needed.
