Stockton is a dangerous, filthy city full of homeless people and gangs! The police seem to have given up on maintaining order. I met many nice people during my brief (but not brief enough to avoid being a victim of crime!)visit, but the town itself is horrible. For instance, the beautiful park shown on the visitor's bureau web page is...
