There was a leak in my main water line, most likely due to a huge Cherry Blossom tree root. I received an estimate that was "worst case scenario," - if the leak was in the house, they'd have to replace the line all the way to the house. The leak was at the tree and they STILL replaced the line all the way up and into the house. They didn't need to! Not only that, but they drilled a hole in my laundry room floor and left an exposed pipe - that was their "fix." I called and emailed, they would not respond! I got a letter from a lawyer saying I'd better pay the bill because I signed the contract. DO NOT HIRE THESE PLUMBERS! They are criminal!
