I attempted to have my child seen by this provider. On the day of my son's appointment the office closed unexpectedly. By the 3rd day after this, I still had not been contacted by their office to reschedule my son's appointment. I found out about the closing by contacting their answering service when I found the office to be closed. I have never experienced a clinic not attempting to contact patients to apologize and reschedule.
There is always a office full when you go to her off. However I am so ok with it. My son is developing well and the office staff remembers us and we only go once a year. Dr. Stiff is excellent she has been in my son life since birth. We love her!
I have been seeing Dr.Stiff since I was a child, and now that I am too old I am sad to leave her. She is a magnificent doctor, and the nurses are kind and assuring. I highly recommend her.
