I paid a $35 deposit and waited a week to be told that my 12 year old mower (Toro 6.5 self propelled) needed a brand new carburetor. I decided the $90 quote (plus the original $35) was not worth it and picked it up. I went on you tube - how to clean a Toro carb. When I propped the mower - the cup was caked on and had not been touched. I took out the bolt and pried the cup loose, cleaned everything, put it back together and it started up after the third try. When I called I was told this was just a bandaid and that in order to do the job correctly and for them to warrantee the work they must replace it with a new one. So I guess this place never repairs anything?!? I was also told that the $35 paid for them to test the gas that I had told them on the ticket was drained (when stored) and just replaced (I had also just replaced the spark plug). Do it yourself or buy new like they do...
Best customer service ever. Very knowledgeable on all aspects. I will return.
