In the three years I have lived here, the A/C has been broken twice, the refrigerator broke twice, my washing machine backs up in to my shower every single time I use it (after it was *fixed* 3 times) and currently my oven does not work properly and they are refusing to replace it. My windows were painted shut on my move in (Sept) and I didn't realize it until I tried to open them when my a/c...
