Respecting that the previous reviewer may have had a bad experience, I have always had a great experience at Stevens Jewelers. Owners Don & Linda Stevens have always been very helpful with selecting birthday and anniversary pieces, as has the rest of the staff. The personal attention you receive is hard to beat and they sell high quality items at reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and stop by their store across from Innsbrook. You'll see for yourself what a local jeweler can provide.

I went in Stevens Jewelers earlier this month inquiring about one of their landmark charms. I was aware they were offering 10% off and asked if this would be the case the end of the month. I was told ""yes"" and they normally had 10% off the charms. I told them I would be in towards the end of the month. I went in and they would NOT honor the 10% off and I even spoke with the same person I initially spoke with. In fact the lady was rather rude! I wanted this charm for a gift for a friend going through some rough times and I will NOt go back into this establishment. It is no wonder...
