I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was very displeased when I realized how quickly they were already recommending surgery. No other options were even presented to me and they were quite pushy.

My son is 3 years old, his ear drum ruptured and we were refered to follow up with Dr. Steven Marks. The first appointment went ok. Dr. Marks seems to talk to pateints like they are uneducated and do not understand.
