We moved from out of town, and were not able to look at the appartment we were to rent. We were told that our garage was attached and it was just a few steps down to our unit. When we arrived on moving day with our truck, the office had closed early. I was able to track someone down, we received our keys and that was it.
We were pleased with all five apartments we rented between 2006 and 2011. Every apartment needed maintenance from time to time--you cannot expect all things to be perfect here any more than we could expect no maintenance in our home in Tennessee.
