Poor Staff and Dirty Facility

The facility itself is quite dirty and always has a foul odor. The staff seems nice when you are around but if you sneak in, you will hear them yelling at the children. Multiple incidents occured either right before I showed up to pick up my children or while I was there. I showed up to pick up my child and they were crying or upset on more than one occasion because of something that the staff...
