This apartment complex offers a variety of styles from single living lofts, to two story town homes. These apartments are also quite spacious , especially considering the amount of space you get. Did I mention that this area also has some of the top schools in Norfolk in this area. So why did my apartments get the average rating? Can we say out dated? Old appliances and counter tops.
