ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! My wife and I had reserved their services for four hours. My wife was picked up from her house and the church was less than one mile away; our ceremony was a little more than an hour, then when the ceremony was completed, the driver tells us that he needs to depart about an hour before our contracted time because he had another appointment booked. THEN the driver didn't even open the door for the bridal party. We got to where our photos were being taken, he tells that we'll have to hurry up with the photos so he can drop us off to our hotel. I hired sterling to take me and my wife out for her birthday. They went above any beyond what I expected. I asked them if the could load the limousine up with balloons so when the door oped for my wife pink and white balloons would come out to surprise her. We started looking early from Prom vehicles. Sterling's vehicles weren't the cheapest out there but you do get what you pay for. We looked at several companies and I remember what the sales girl at Sterling told me, ask to see the vehicle BEFORE I signed any paperwork. I thought I found a great deal with another company and asked the owner if I could come by and see the vehicle. Once we arrived, I was shocked by the vehicle. Used Sterling for a Girls Night on the Town and we had a FANTASTIC time. SO much easier to be driven around safely then trying to find our own way!!! We sat back and enjoyed with NO worries. The driver was awesome - definitely made us feel like VIP's. We'll be booking again for our next event!!!
