Stopped at the shop today with my MIL, Nan Fulton. She and her late husband always used Sterling Picture Framing for all their framing needs. The work has always been excellent and the customer service friendly and personal.Yes, we agree Tom is the best!PS. We purchased a beautiful silver bracelet today.
