I spent a fortune on my hair by Stephen only to realize I still had roots at the end and he asked for a tip...very tacky for a salon owner. He also said he did "bayalage" but used foils instead. Not worth the money and has no clue what french highlighting is! Save your money and go somewhere else. (Hide)
