Personally, I feel anyone that acts as a consulatant for an insurance company to approve/deny claims has an inherent conflict.

Also seems to only support antiquated procedures. Anything within the last 10 years would be too experimental.

Technology moves pretty fast. I would only trust a surgeon that is current with todays technology and methods.

I have had three surgeries @ UVM & one @ Gifford with Dr Landvater
I experienced an amazing difference.
@ UVM either the doctor missed the target. afterwhich it was corrected by another UVM doctor .
or the anastisist did not adjust for my indication of a resting 45 bph.( It took days before my head was clear)

@ Gifford the entire team from check in to check out made sure everything was...

Dr. Landvater has operated on me at least 3 times.. A major shoulder this past December and a two knee operations. I consider her a very capable and professional orthopedic , with a great staff.
