Jean or is it Jane, who is the 'leader' of the school did not come across as a warm person (on phone or in person). Not what a Mother wants to 'feel' from the school. I spoke with her on the phone, the next day I toured the school. She did not even remember speaking with me. I find it rude and lacking soem major PR skills.
