The owners of Stella's sold the restaurant to someone else who have opened up the Hartland Diner in that spot. The owners of Stella's are busily getting the old Windsor Station site renovated to open a restaurant there. Those of us who live in Windsor are very excited about their arrival!
I haven't eaten at the Hartland Diner.

Stella's owners have sold this place and has now reopened as Hartland diner - new owners and cooks were formerly at Woodstock wasp snack bar. New diner is GREAT. Food and service for breakfast and lunch can not be beat!!

Best breakfast spot in the Northeast

i've lived a lot of places in the Northeast and this is the best breakfast out there. Blueberry pancakes and hash browns are both amazing staples. They also always have good specials that give good variety to the spot. Small, local, friendly staff - all great.

Stella's is a little place known by the locals as a regular place to go for breakfast and lunch. Sunday breakfast this time was smoked salmon and cream cheese on a large bagel. Large juices are actually large, but the juice is not fresh-squeezed. Coffee is very good and is topped off regularly. My friend had the "eggs benedict", but...

I have eaten at Stella's several times for breakfast and lunch throughout the year. The ingredients are fresh and everything tastes great! There are new items on the menu, but nothing wildly experimental-just enough to make you want to try it. The portions are ample but not so much that you will leave half on your plate.
