Good experience. I like how they charge by the job and not by the hour. We had some non-emergency plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. Steve, our plumber, was friendly and knowledgeable - he was also careful to clean-up and nice to the inquisitive kids. We like that it's a local company too. Would call again (which might be soon since our house is needing updates).
