Nice place to live. Bring your pets. Good sized closets and decent-sized rooms. Both residents and staff are friendly and connected with the community. Rite Aid, Target, TJ Maxx, Martins, and more are right across the street, with premium restaurants within a short walk or shorter drive. Newtown attractions are just minutes away with Colonial Williamsburg/College of William & Mary just beyond....

I lived there for a year and found the apartment to be quite charming. The staff is excellent and repairs are made quickly and without hassle. The apt is well-insulated and free of pests. The community is ultra-safe and I had a great time!

The reviews written on this apartment complex are VERY OLD- Is there any one out here whom can tell me about this communitie NOW?I am looking to move to the area,,This is one of the apts i am looking at but i am during it over the internet,,I dont want to rent an apt that has mismatched applicances or gives you old applicances,,THe RENT here is not cheap!!! I want new carpet and matching...

The apartments are a little bit dated but very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. The amenities are adequate and the location is fantastic.
