Close proximity to alot of stuff

Quiet neighborhood, and close to alot of stuff. We could walk to many places. We will be back. They were remodeling, so we are anxious to see results.

Housekeeping needs SERIOUS improvement

I understand renovations are being made but that shouldn't effect housekeeping cleaning the rooms adequately. I'll clean some things myself & not complain if it's not that serious bc I haven't had anything good come out of complaining to the front desk in my past experiences it causes tension & bad vibes altogether. Charged Credit/Debit Card even after canceling reservation

A word to the wise, NEVER do business with this hotel chain. I made a reservation for same day stay. Even after calling to cancel reservation, this hotel still charged my credit/debit card and has REFUSED to return monies that do not beong to Staybridge.
