I met with Statewide Modular about replacing my summer house. I had no idea of how modular homes are built or how much it would cost. Where to begin with our nightmare? First, STAY AWAY from this company at all cost, I can not really stress this enough. We shopped all the modular builders in our area (Ocean County) and liked a lot of them. We liked some more than others but in the end Statewide gave us the best price and like suckers I guess we fell for it. I am very ashamed to admit this but we were warned by other builders...

Terrible company ... keep looking for another builder. They will promise you the world but will never deliver - poor project management, lack of follow-up ... real scam artists!
