Terrible experience!
Avoid them at all cost.
They did not even show up after 4 hours of telling me they were on the way.
Then the crew called me directly and said they could do the move on the side for money if I provided a truck.
Never even got a call explaining or apologizing.
I ended up renting a truck and moving my self.

Then the crew called me directly and said they could do the move for money if I provided a truck.
I never even received a call with an explanation or apology.
I ended up renting a truck and moving myself.

I used Starving Students for the second time in December 2012 and it was by far the worst move of my life. To move my one bedroom apartment 1 mile down the road it cost over $600, the movers complained the whole time, one of them faked an injury, two of the movers ignored me when I asked them questions, they repeatedly dropped my new, white mattress on the pavement and in the dirt so now there are permanent black stains on it.
