The quality of the coffee is not in question here. But on this particular Sunday afternoon, seven people were working behind the counter and I was one of two people in line to be served. Fast and friendly

We just stopped by to use the drive thru and order A couple of frappucinos before we headed back out on the highway. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the drinks were good.

I know it's one of the main American coffee (cafe) brands and probably many people like it (or are used to it) but it's not my cup of coffee. I don't like the bitter dark roast of their coffee.
