Starbucks should stop doing tea... Or teach their stupid, rude, ignorant employees to make it properly, and to remake it if a customer finds fault with it. The staff here were crap. Perhaps that's just NYC standard. The coffee was slow and below par too. And the chocolate marble cake was old and greasy. Go on Starbucks, go on devaluing...

Great to go to. Friendly employees and . . . the best coffee! Evertime I visit a big city, wherever that may be. Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Tokyo, New York . . . I drink my coffee at Starbucks!

For being in Times Square this location is super fast to get drinks made and people out fast. Not your usual neighborhood Starbucks with lots of space to hang out, but this is NYC. Meets your coffee needs!
