This is a well-situated Starbucks with attentive staff and tends to be a little less crowded on the weekends. The problem is that it has too many tables and chairs so guests literally have to climb over seats, or ask people who are already seated to get up, so empty chairs and tables can be accessed. It is bad enough...

Found this Starbucks across the road from the Element hotel. The Barista's were very friendly and helpful.
Was hard to get in and out with all of the traffic around the building-but didn't have to wait long.
Easily seen off I-635 and easy access from the hotel.
