Swing in for coffee or ice tea in the am and occasionally on the weekends. Since the remodel, the place is dark and cramped. Definitely not an improvement! The service is hit or miss, depending upon who's is working. I will actually often opt to go to the Target only a block away instead.

I have to say this is by far the best UPS Store I have been to in a while. I think it's a Mom and Daughter that work there
(because they look alike) they are both very friendly and out going. They are always willing to help me carry in my packages to ship out. They go the extra mile and their customer service is outstanding!

The past few times that I have gone to this store, I have had sarcastic comments thrown at me. I dropped off a UPS package for return. I told them it was a return and a person in the back of the store yelled to me that as long as it isn't a FedEx package I could drop it off. Another time, the person working was short with me.
