Tired of paying premium and getting

The customer service is sub par to other Starbucks but the real issue is I am tired of paying over $4 for a cup that consists of 2/3 foam. Until they change their shoddy business practices I will go elsewhere.

I have a Gold card but I use it only when I'm at different locations. The customer service consists of eye rolls and side glances. Too much attitude for me.

The customer service is curt at best. No smiles from any of the female employees. It's like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

Awful coffee

I just don't understand all the hype about this place! The coffee tastes terribly strong and bitter! The prices are outrageous for the quality! I guess it is true about political correctness! Everyone wants to be SEEN with a Starbcks Coffee mug, but, WOW, do you really want people to know you just got ripped off of $6-7.00 for just...

No real complaints about this store. Their coffee has been pretty good. They have a cozy seating area with free wi-fi access. They also offer a variety of pastries. It gets a little busy at times--especially during rush hours but at least you don't have to fight the traffic to get there. I think they have started to change the type of coffee they're using. I'm starting to find it a little more bitter.
