Friendly staff. Great outdoor seating for reading, or people watching. Only complaints, sometimes the trash outside is stinky and the parking lot is full.

I've never been to a Starbucks in Asheville--I actually haven't been to very many Starbucks at all--but this one was underwhelming. It is tiny, with no cushy couches to lounge in or soothing music...
