A local landmark since 2004, Starboards features Seattle’s Best Coffee®, espresso, lattés and cappuccinos. Our signature iced coffee is made with regular or decaffeinated coffee ice cubes.

Non-coffee drinks include fruit juices, bottled water, soft drinks, specialty iced tea, Tazo® hot teas, hot chocolate, hot apple cider and Chai tea.

We also offer both Soy and Chai lattés.

Choose from fresh fruit, assorted muffins, gourmet cookies, breads, brownies and biscotti. Try our smoothies and ice cream bars (seasonal).

Visitor information and services include local maps, visitor guides, brochures, estaurant menus and referrals.

Outdoor bistro seating. Open year-round, Monday thru Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Located at High Street Landing across from the Elizabeth River Ferry.

Great Coffee, Great Ambiance, Great Coffee Buddies!

What can I say? It's all good! I've been a friend and patron of Starboards since 2005. The consistent quality of the delicious coffee is exceeded only by the hospitality and the view of the Elizabeth River at High Street Landing is spectacular. If you're looking for quality fresh coffee and convivial conversation pay a visit to Starboards. It's well worth a fun ferry ride from Norfolk! Hope to meet you there soon!

A coffee kiosk with personality!

The Cartiers deliver the best coffee, and tasty fare to match. It is always a treat to stop in for refreshment and chat!

The Best in Hampton Roads!

Starboards AKA The Coffee Koisk is the best coffee shop you will ever go to. The Owner and Barista Betsy is such a sweet person she makes every welcome. Not to meation they have the best selection of coffee's and since it is summer you have to try Starboards COFFEE CUBES. Instead of getting ice in your iced coffee you get ICE CUBES made from COFFEE!
