I went to three stores before I went to this one looking for one simple item .. Book covers, the first three stores didnt have any.. So I ended up here at Staples.. They were so nice and helpful.....
It's been three years and I'm giving you a bad review, Staples. Neither myself or anyone in my family shops at Staples anymore because we have not forgotten how your surly clerk and malicious...
They really need to know their stuff better. I spent about an hour designing a stamp that they said it could be done in 3 days, and when I was done, they said if I wanted that, I had to pay $9.99....

Went into this store last week with a very small photo of my deceased father to scan for his funeral program. Asked clerk to scan and copy it. Clerk stated curtly that I would not be able to wait. I was not expecting to wait and had not asked if it could be done as I waited. Then clerk refused to scan photo as it was ""copyrighted."" Photo had no marking of any photographer/studio on it and no date. I then spoke with store manager. Explained that the funeral was the next day and pleased with mgr to scan photo. She refused.
Luckily the local paper didn't have any qualms scanning the photo...
