Been waiting in line for 20 minutes to drop off a package. No acknowledgement by staff or management.
Have had great experiences at this store. Management as well as associates have been helpful. I have noticed that the last year it has been better but I don't remember it being horrible.
Line of people waiting at copy center. Young man working it was wonderful. He handed the line, the constantly ringing phone, and the person in self serve copy without losing his cool. Shame on the manager standing around....MAKE YOURSELF USEFULL AND HELP!
