People here are not professional. They will tell you they will call when it's done and never call, they'll tell you the file is in your flash drive, charge you and, guess what? The scans are not there. Go next day and they make you waste another hour just to tell you the large scanner doesn't work....you could've told me that yesterday. What a waste of time.
