Noted the event date in the order, they set that as the arrival date. Why would I want the order to show up at 3pm on the day the event is taking place?

My mother order popcorn boxes for my daughter's 2nd birthday party as it was a circus theme. She noticed about 5 days after she placed the order that she was never charged. She called and spoke to Mark, and he told her to call back the next day to give him time to figure out what happened. slow start but good finish

I placed my order and after no word from the company for 7 days I sent an e-mail inquiring about my order. I thought 7 days was a bit long to ship. I received a reposne that same day saying it would ship shortly. By the end of the day I recieved a UPS tracking number and had my product 3 days later, in good working order.
