On Febraury 15th, 2015 at about 2:00 AM I went to St. Francis Emegency Animal Hospital located at 6602 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 due that my cat was unable to urinate and was screaming with pain. I am giving this a fair rating because everytime I go here, I wait forever to get my dogs looked at. seems I am always there for 2 hrs or more for anything. only reason I go is because it is one of the few 24 hr hospitals close to me, Hollywood animal hospital is farther and don't feel like driving there.

The director proceeded to say he would not retrieve my dogs files from said storage (regardless of the $300+ that I paid for funeral services). He said I was trying to obtain a service for free... My document indicating Max passed away. I...

During the first year of your pet’s life, veterinary care is very important. On your first visit, it is...
