Absolutely terrible customer service. The apartments themselves are decent however I still would not recommend.
You have to pay to get your trash picked up from your door and they don't get it half of the time. Things break in the apartments often and maintenance will never get to it (garbage disposal broken, and sink leaking since April). They claimed they fixed it on a Sunday when I was home the entire day, then the request vanished. The pond is full of trash. We never got a key to the fitness room as...
