I have live in St Andrews and I love it! I came from another apartment complex where I paid twice the money for half the comfort , so I value everything I received here. Its safe , spacious , kid friendly with all basic amenities. Maintenance and Office staff are friendly . The front office staff very supportive from the very beginning and I cant thank them enough. Very clean, very spacious for the rent, super close to Fort Eustis or the interstate. Off in a corner that makes you feel like you're not even in the city anymore. Noise quality is excellent. I've never heard my neighbors once. Very pretty landscaping that makes it a joy to drive into. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.
