The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there is a nice selection at the free breakfast. Fruit infused water is available all day.
However, the place could use some refurbishing, which I think they are working on. Also, there were some housekeeping issues, but they were taken care of when brought to the management's attention.

Very nice, the room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator & microwave in room. Complimentary hot beverages in lobby. Free breakfast was good, dining area is on the small side. Easy to get to and right off 295.

Good value North of Richmond

This is a good hotel and a good value. WE were traveling through Richmond on our way to Massachusetts and want to be close tot he interstate. It has a laundry, a free breakfast, grill and a fitness center. It was clean and the service was very good. Restaurants are close with lots of variety.

My fiancé and I were in Glen Allen for a family gathering. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. Overall good experience. It was a little difficult to access due to the construction nearby, luckily we got there during the day. The hotel was clean as well as our room. The staff were helpful and friendly....

This is the first time I have complained about a hotel or restaurant. It's clean but that's about all.Too much went wrong.The refrigerator didn't work and wasn't fixed first time. Second visit brought a replacement ( too late) and worker found it wasn't even plugged in behind where we couldn't see or reach. The breakfast bar was not well attended,...
